The Parish Council is consulted on all planning applications in the village and surrounding area. We make comments as and when required. We have successfully objected to a number of proposals which the Parish Council thought would have been detrimental to the village including applications for housing on the Village Green.
Housing Aspirations Local landlords have had the chance to submit land for possible housing schemes. There are two major site 'aspirations' for Redmarshall.
